TSUNAMI BENEFIT CONCERT
5:30 P.M. Saturday, March 5, 2005
Hilbert Circle Theatre, Indianapolis
In the wake of the catastrophic tragedy resulting from
the recent TSUNAMI that hit Southeast Asia, I wanted to explore the best way to
express my feelings of sympathy and support as a member of the performing arts
community of Indianapolis.
I discovered that the sentiment was not mine
alone. A special orchestra has been
formed for this occasion, composed of those willing to donate their talent,
spirit and service, conducted by me, Hidetaro Suzuki. Joining us are Henry Leck and the Indianapolis Childrens Choir,
and David Hochoy and Dance Kaleidoscope.
Without reservation, all have generously offered to join me in producing
a benefit concert at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 5th, 2005, at the
Hilbert Circle Theatre.
There will be a modest admission fee of $15 for adults
and $10 for children and students. Your
additional contribution at the event is encouraged.
We urge you to support this concert by joining us on
March 5th and being acknowledged as citizens who second our efforts,
all united in expressing our sympathy and offering hope to the people who
endured this tragedy.
Sincerely yours,
Hidetaro Suzuki
