History

Each year, the Carmel International Arts Festival is held at Carmel Civic Square. 50 jurried artists from all across the country in a variety of categories including watercolor, oil, sculpture, jewelry, etc. There are children's activities, food vendors and some of the finest performers in the Indianapolis area. Admission is free!
