The "No Child Left Behind Act of 2001" changed the name of the National Clearinghouse for Bilingual Education (NCBE) to the National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition & Language Instruction Educational Programs. We�ll be keeping our website address (www.ncbe.gwu.edu) for the time being, but will begin to refer to ourselves as the National Clearinghouse immediately.
