Volkmar Schultz

Volkmar Schultz retired in 2002 from the German Bundestag, where his career with the Social Democratic Party focused in particular on the transatlantic relationship and foreign policy.
He is one of the founders of the Indianapolis-Cologne Sister City Partnership.
