President's Message
Happy New Year!!!
Let me start by saying “THANK YOU” for all your support and continued participation with the Nationalities Council of Indiana.
For the NCI members, family and friends thank you for attending the NCI Winter Gala 2014.
Success starts with a dream. This applies to everyone, including myself. So what are my dreams as president of this great organization?
My first dream is that every one of us will be successful in whatever goals we set for ourselves in the coming year. Increasing the NCI membership by organizing a membership drive?
My second dream is for the NCI, members, and the International Festival to be more visible in the state of Indiana.
My third dream is to create a Fund Raising Committee that will help create and bring in the necessary funds for NCI expenses.
My fourth dream is to develop an Educational Outreach Program to provide pertinent information to elementary, middle, high school and college students about NCI.
My fifth dream is to develop a strategic plan to help NCI move to the future.
Will I achieve my presidential dreams? That depends on the NCI officers, Board and all of us working together, helping, motivating and inspiring each other. My promise to you is expressed in a quote by Naomi Rhodes:

Who makes the world a better place, so we all can say:
