Indy's International Festival 2006 will be held November 2-5, 2006, at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1200 East 38th Street, Indianapolis

Dr. Chao-Hung Lee (left), a member of the Taiwanese-American Association of Indiana, is the winner of the 2005 trophy for International Festival Volunteer. Dabrice Bartet (right), accepted the 2005 trophy for Best Cultural Booth on behalf of the African Cultural Resource Center of which she is the executive director. Dr. Lee is a two-term past president of the Nationalities Council of Indiana and was chairman of four years of festivals. Ms. Bartet currently serves on the NCI board of directors.

This year's outside judges were members of the Study Abroad Club of the Office of International Affairs at Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis.
