In autumn, it is traditional to think of�.elections? While
the President of the
August 9 Meeting: Appointment of Nominating Committee to recruit and evaluate candidates for board of directors and officers.�
October 11 Meeting: Submission of candidates' slate
by Nominating Committee.
November 1 Meeting:� Election of officers and members of board of directors.
In the NCI spirit of cooperation and communication, I welcome volunteers for the Nominating Committee (only the designated representatives from NCI member organizations whose dues are current are eligible to serve on the Nominating Committee).
The featured speaker on August 9 will be Carol Trexler, President of Fiesta Indianapolis. Carol is also President of Trexler Associates, a multi-lingual communications and marketing firm. She will discuss the September 18 annual Fiesta Indianapolis and her business experience. I heard her speak at the Indianapolis Model UN program in March and she achieved a rare feat: keeping the attention of more than 400 high school students!�
