NCI Update���� �����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
����������� This is it! The International Festival is underway in the Exposition Hall of the Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1300 East 38th Street, Indianapolis.
����������� Hours on Thursday, 31 October, are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 1 and 2 November, the festival is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Sunday, 3 November, the hours are noon to 6 p.m.
����������� There�s continuous entertainment on two stages, including Opening Ceremonies with Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson at 10:30 a.m. Thursday,� 31 October. The Naturalization Ceremony, when 150 people from around the world will become the newest Americans, takes place at 3 p.m. Friday, 1 November.
����������� The International Festival is hosted by the Nationalities Council of Indiana, managed by the Promotion Company and presented by Key Bank. Thanks also go to Indiana Arts Commission, WTPI-107.9 FM, WRTV-Channel 6, Indianapolis Public Schools, Sherck Hussey Johnson CPAs and Eli Lilly and Company � and to the hundreds of volunteers in four dozen ethnic organizations who make this event possible each year.

� MiSang Han, who was born in Korea, received a National Educator Award from the Milken Family Foundation along with a $25,000 prize? She teaches fifth grade in Wayne Township, Marion County.
� Ballet Internationale will tour� China? Plans call for a six-week journey beginning 23 December, with performances in Beijing and Shanghai.
