Air-Conditioned indoor bazaar Outdoor music and festivities with tent coverage Plenty of free parking Please join with us in prayer for peace and for an end to all hostility in the Middle East and throughout the world. We believe that ALL people—American, Iraqi, Palestinian, Israeli—Jew, Christian, Muslim, whatever—soldier and civilian—have the right to life, peace and security. Peace and love are at the heart of Christ's message. In the interest of promoting peace and cooperation, we extend this invitation to Jews, Muslims, Christians and peace-loving people of all faiths to join together in the festivities. As we break bread together, hold hands in a dance circle and spend time with one another, we can show the world what is possible!

St. George parish, sponsor of the Annual Middle Eastern Festival of Indianapolis, was founded by Orthodox Christian immigrants from Syria and Lebanon who settled in central Indiana in the early 1900s. While our parish has grown and now includes members of all backgrounds, it is in honor of our founders that we maintain their Middle Eastern spirit of generous hospitality and offer the Middle Eastern Festival to the greater Indianapolis community to help promote peace and understanding for ALL, starting here in our own city.
The Indianapolis Middle Eastern Festival is a member of the Indiana State Festivals Association.
