Start-up budget of $140,000 including grants from Efroymson Fund and the Indianapolis Foundation.
Completing (Feb. 2004) feasibility phase of capital campaign to raise $3 to 3.5 million to enable La Plaza to purchase, renovate and equip an office building to house all the agencies.
