 Dear NCI Member:
Springtime refers to ideas of rebirth, renewal and regrowth. April will be a busy month for preparing for the different NCI activities such as our participation in the Indianapolis 500 Festival parade this coming May, planning for the International Festival Queen 2014 contest, and training the Officers and Board members.
For the Indianapolis 500 Festival Parade, please check and follow the guidelines :
- Only paid groups/individuals are allowed in the parade
- Ethnic costumes for the parade attire
- No blue jeans
- Flag Bearers for each country
- The Chinese dragons and two lions will lead the NCI unit
Eileen Tsai, NCI First Vice-President, is the main contact person for the Indy 500 Festival parade - more details and information to follow. We continue to encourage more ethnic groups to join NCI.
