NCI 2012 Winter Gala

Cost: FREE and open to all paid ethnic groups and their members
Attire: Semi- Formal (i.e. Tie/Coat) or Ethnic Dress
1. Pitch In each person needs to bring a dish or desserts and soft drinks or bottled water
2. List of People that are attending and confirmation how many (members, Family and Friends) You may use a line for each family or each person in the family. Please provide contact information for each person.
3. Entertainment -. Let me know if you or your organization would like to provide entertainment during the gala. Send your name, type of entertainment, name of Ethnic group and contact information to Mauvene Borton ([email protected] or call 317-841-8442). This information will be used for the program.
